A fantastic one size skirt and sun dress combination design. This style has a flattering elasticated waist band and full flowing fabric skirt with border detail. It is beautifully made with 50 individual panels all stitched with French seams, has a lovely crinkle finish and is made from hand block printed pure cotton in a selection of this seasons prints. The waist band can be pulled up on the bust to make a perfect sun dress on holiday.
